«Аutomated working place of designer» AWP

As part of the "Geoinfo" company's work "AWP of designer" module has been developed to perform design and survey works for Land specialists which is part of the complex GICsys software.

GICsys (Geoinformation Cadastral System) software complex is designed for: operations in land surveying and city planning cadasters; practical use in central and local government’ bodies and first responders; geodetic and cartographic works and surveys; operations in the spheres of environmental, water protection and subsurface use.

Working with maps and objects on maps

Working maps can be loaded through "AWP administrator" module, which is part of GICsys.

GICsys may be used for the following operations with maps and objects on maps:

• moving visible parts of the map within the workspace;
• zoom in/ zoom out of the visible part of the map;
• selection elements on the map for carrying out all necessary actions;
• movement between extents of the map;
• create, edit and delete tabs on the map;
• view the main info about the object (cadastral number, area, owner etc.);
• creating new objects, editing and deleting existing objects;
• rotation of objects, applying different paint tools and features;
• finding objects by attributes.

Working with situations

"AWP of designer" may be used for:
Selection of the situation and transition to it, viewing the situation;

1. Creating a situation:
   • Creating the objects of the situation(on a dotted, linear or polygonal layers);
   • Different tools for editing are available;;
2. Editing of the situation;
3. Deleting of the situation.

Printing final documents

AWP of designer allows to print the following documents:

• order-form;
• current map tile;
• technical drawing of establishment of the land plot’s borders;
• index of coordinates;
• plan of a land plot’s provision;
• geodata presenting;
• sanitary protection zones;
• other papers.
  

There are also a search, import and export of documents in the program. The administrator can edit all the report templates.

Operations with sanitary protection zones

Toolbar "Sanitary Protection Zone" includes the following tools and commands:

• view «Current zone» (Zone selection);
• view «Process»;
• creating of a sanitary protection zone;
• deleting of a sanitary protection zone;
• moving to the zone;
• printing of a sanitary protection zone;
• tools for a sanitary protection zone’ construction.

• Strong control over the work of the State Land Cadastre’ employees, that excludes overlapping, duplication and data garbling and deleting;
